Removal of a dog's tail in part or whole for cosmetic reasons or to prevent possible injuries.
DEWCLAWS REMOVED
Dewclaws removed to prevent trauma. This is normally done when the newborn is 3 to 5 days old. If not done by then it has to be done when the pet is at least 12 weeks old.
